The language school C.L.I.P. is situated about 200 metres from the ocean, in LABENNE OCEAN in the Landes region of SW France, near the Basque Country, 15 minutes from BAYONNE, 20 from BIARRITZ and 30 from DAX or SPAIN.
After leaving the National 10, you take a minor road through a pine forest which leads you to the centre, far from the frantic pace and deafening noise of the big city.
